Eva and Stephen chose to celebrate their wedding at the Ferrycarrig Hotel in Wexford, as it holds special sentimental value to Eva – her own parents celebrated their wedding there 43 years previously! We were delighted to be asked to be their wedding photographers!
A Wexford native, Eva got ready at her family home with her three oldest friends, her sister and her parents. Her Dad made sure everyone’s day started on the right foot – with a massive, delicious fry up and some buttery croissants. Nom! Stephen and the boys spent the morning at the Ferrycarrig hotel, overlooking the scenic river views from the bridal suite.
Fr. Aodhan celebrated the mass at Bride Street Church where he had everyone in convulsions – and even sang the newlyweds a song. We headed straight to the National Heritage Park for some couple photos, before joining everyone back at the drinks reception at the Ferrycarrig Hotel. We had heartfelt speeches, and kick ass dancing – all in all, this was an epic wedding.
It was great working alongside the fantastic Keith of Keith Malone Wedding films! Fantastic guy, amazing work.
Eva and Stephen : thank you for having Butterfly Photography as your wedding photographers. We wish you guys many years of happiness and joy together!
